What we look for

  • An established presence in BC or Western Canada.
  • Durable customer relationships.
  • Defensible market position, strong competitive advantages.
  • Opportunities to strengthen operations, expand into adjacent markets or make selective acquisitions.
  • Approximately $1 million to $3 million in annual EBITDA.

We evaluate growth opportunities against the cash, people and operating capacity they require. Our aim is to build a stronger business with the resources to sustain its progress.
